RULES

• You must give me HQ (high quality) pictures. If your images are over tagged or small, then I will not complete your order. If you want a HQ layout, you must give me HQ pictures.

• If you don't know what pictures to use, just send me a link to a gallery of the celebrity/subject you want your layout of, and I will pick the pictures. I would actually perfer you to do that, anyways. (lol)

• In order for me to make you a layout, your site must be online. It can be on hiatus or coming soon, but you must have a link to the site in order for me to make it.

• Please be patient. I don't want to have tons of emails from you asking me when your layout will be finished. I have 4 other fansites that I manage and update daily, and it takes some time to do that.

• If I make you a layout, you must actually use it. You must use it for atleast 2 weeks. I don't want to see you use it for a couple of days and take it down.

• If you don't use my layout for atleast 2 weeks, then you will be put on my black list and you won't be able to order from me again.

• If you don't like the layout, please don't hesitate to ask me to do it again. Although, I will not do your layout over several times. I can go back and change the fonts and take stuff off, but I will NOT go back and make it more than 2 times.

• Do NOT edit the design in anyway. If you do, you will be on my blacklist and you won't be able to order from me again.

• I will make layouts for non-hosted sites, such as Freewebs but no Pizco sites (sorry).

• Details are my special friends. (lol) I would perfer you to fill out the form will lots of details so I know what you want.
